Plan Your Stay

We handle the logistics. You enjoy the wild.

From getting here to planning around your care needs, our team supports every detail — so your only job is to be present on Quesnel Lake.

A remote wilderness stay takes planning — and for guests with mobility, sensory, or medical needs, that planning matters even more. We do it with you, start to finish.

Because we are a non-profit, your stay, tours, and excursions are offered at no cost. As a brand-new organization we're still building up our equipment, so once you reach out, our team will work with you personally — and be upfront about what's ready today — to build a trip around your abilities, your equipment, and the dates that suit you.

Before You Arrive

Three things we'll sort out together.

Getting Here

We're set deep in the Cariboo on Quesnel Lake. Because the location is remote, our team will walk you through travel and access details and help coordinate your arrival once your dates are set.

Your Care Needs

Tell us about your mobility, sensory, and medical requirements and the equipment you use. We're committed to adaptive-recreation and medical-safety best practices, and we plan the stay around what you need.

What to Bring

Pack for a summer wilderness escape: warm layers and rain gear, sturdy footwear, sun protection, any personal-care items, and your medications and mobility equipment. We'll confirm specifics for your trip.

A Few Details

Good to know before you book.

Our season

We operate from June 1 through September 30 — the peak of the Cariboo fishing season, with the longest daylight and the safest wilderness conditions of the year.

Who it's for

We welcome individuals across all ability spectrums, and we love hosting entire families so everyone shares the same barrier-free memories. Whether you want to fish, tour the lake, or simply relax at the cabin, we'll shape the visit to you.

The cost

As a registered non-profit, we're removing the financial barrier as well as the physical one. Your accessible stay, boat tours, and fishing excursions are offered at no cost to participants.

The best first step is a conversation. Reach out with your questions and the dates you have in mind, and we'll build the plan around you.

At No Cost to Participants

Let's plan your visit.

Send us your dates and needs and we'll take care of the rest.
